This is the home of the Original Nairobi Hash House Harriers.  We’re an informal bunch of people who live in Kenya and like to stay moderately fit while not giving up the finer things in life (drinking beer, singing, socialising and finding excuses to organise trips out of town).

Every Monday we set a run somewhere around Nairobi and afterwards stay around for a few Down-Downs and dinner, usually plentiful and inexpensive. Visitors and Virgins are welcome any time.
